I had yet another beautiful day on trail. More mountain passes but struggling for water. Many sources had dried up in the hot dry summer

On Day 4, I crossed over into Kosovo and the views just kept going. Big mountains and large grass valleys stretched onn for miles.

It was another warm start and yet another day of beautiful scenery. I had no sleep with the dogs barking outside my tent all night so was actually quite glad when morning came around.

Day 1 mostly consisted of getting to the start of the trail but once there I managed to get out of town as soon as possible. The climb out was steep but very rewarding with spectacular views.

I wanted to fill a little more time before work gets busy and what better way to do it than hiking through the most beautiful mountains in the Balkans
